All readers of the print and electronic edition of Lloyd’s List DCN, are invited to vote on the standard of customer service offered by major shipping lines on the five key trade routes and from Australia.

This special customer service survey has been developed by Lloyd’s List DCN and endorsed by Shipping Australia as part of the judging process for the annual Lloyd’s List DCN Australian Shipping and Maritime Awards which will be held in Melbourne on November 24.
